Best Deal Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:The Best Deal Guarantee applies to package holidays or standalone accommodation quotes.
   Flight-only bookings are excluded.Valid for quotes provided within 24 hours of your best deal guarantee form submission to Toogood Travel.
2. Submitting a Quote:
   A valid competitor quote must include a detailed breakdown of the package, including dates, destinations, inclusions, and total cost.The quote must come from a UK-registered travel company and must be ATOL-protected or equivalent.
3. Guarantee Conditions:
   Toogood Travel will attempt to match or beat the total package price. If unable to do so, a £100 credit will be issued for your next booking with Toogood Travel.The £100 credit applies only to future bookings with a minimum spend of £1,500.The credit cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within 12 months of issuance.
4. Limitations:
   Price matching is subject to availability and comparable packages. Differences in flight times, accommodations, or package details may affect eligibility.The guarantee excludes promotional offers, flash sales, or quotes that are part of loyalty programs or private discounts specific to the user.
5. Pricing Disclaimer:
   All prices are subject to availability and can change instantly. A confirmed price is only guaranteed once a deposit is paid and the booking is officially made.
6. Non-transferable:
   The Best Price Guarantee and £100 discount are non-transferable and only valid for your next valid booking with Toogood Travel.
7. General Terms:
   Toogood Travel reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Best Deal Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
